High winds and rough seas this morning forced the suspension of the search for bodies from the sunken fishing boat the Tullaghmurry Lass.

The search of an 1,200 square metre area may resume this afternoon if conditions improve.

Earlier, divers using specially trained dogs set off from Kilkeel in another attempt to find the bodies of the missing Greene family.

A large portion of the Tullaghmurry Lass was discovered seven miles off Kilkeel some 42 metres below the surface on Friday.

The small fishing boat went missing on February 14th with three members of the of the Greene family from the fishing port of Kilkeel on board.

Eight-year-old Michael and his father 32 and grandfather 54 had been on a fishing trip.

Sonar equipment on board a fisheries conservancy vessel revealled the presence of the wreckage on Thursday night.
