Moscow - Romanian Foreign Minister, Mr Mircea Geoana, said yesterday it was time to clear away disputes between Bucharest and Moscow rooted in history which have prevented the signing of a post-communist friendship treaty.
Both Mr Geoana and his Russian host Mr Igor Ivanov said the political will existed in both countries to find compromises.
