A High Court ruling to quash a decision to rezone part of the green belt between Malahide and Portmarnock, Co Dublin, for housing was appealed in the Supreme Court yesterday.
The Supreme Court reserved its judgment in the appeal by Fingal County Council. The High Court action had been taken by Malahide Community Council following a 1993 rezoning decision.
