An Armagh man charged with dangerous driving causing the death of five people appeared at Arklow District Court yesterday. Truck driver Mr Victor Teggart (27) of Greenacres, Market Hill, Armagh, was remanded on bail to appear again at Wicklow District Court on November 17th.
