Rangers striker Michael Mols has been passed fit to play against Manchester United in the Champions League tomorrow.

The Dutchman had been a major doubt for the clash at Old Trafford after twisting a knee against Partick on Saturday.

Fernando Ricksen, who was stretchered off in that game with an ankle injury, has been ruled out, although his injury is not thought to be serious.

Christian Nerlinger was also injured against Partick and misses the United game with a calf strain. He joins Ronald de Boer and Steven Thompson on the long-term casualty list.
