London - Queen Elizabeth's chef is suffering from food poisoning, Buckingham Palace confirmed yesterday.
Mr Lionel Mann (59) contracted the potentially deadly salmonella bug after a visit to Mexico, where he was giving a cookery demonstration. No member of the royal family or any other member of staff has been affected, a spokesman said.
