The Queen of England is to visit Northern Ireland next month as part of her Golden Jubilee, Northern Ireland Secretary of State John Reid announced today.
She will arrive on 13 May for a three-day visit, when she will be accompanied by her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh.
She will attend garden parties at Hillsborough Castle, Co Down and Loughry Agriculture College, Co.Antrim.
Other engagements on May 13 to May 15 include a service at St Anne's Church of Ireland Cathedral, Belfast, to mark her Jubilee.
