HONG KONG - Cambodian air authorities yesterday blocked a new attempt by exiled Prince Norodom Sirivudh to fly home to contest charges of plotting to kill the Co-Prime Minister, Mr Hun Sen, leaving the prince stranded in Hong Kong for a second day.
"We have given firm instructions to decline any boarding of His Highness Prince Sirivudh," the Royal Air Cambodge chairman said in Phnom Penh. He said the decision was taken out of consideration for the safety of other passengers.
