Polling date leads to complaint

Father Dara Molloy of Inis Mor is to make a formal complaint about the conduct of the bail referendum on the island. He says his voting card gave November 28th as the poll date. But voting on offshore islands took place on November 25th. Father Molloy said he did not find out about it until about 10 p.m. when voting had closed on the island. He felt his constitutional right to vote had not been upheld.
