Police in the North are questioning two men after reports of suspicious activity in Armagh last night.

Police in the North are questioning two men after reports of suspicious activity in Armagh last night.

British army technical officers also examined two cars found on Mullaghbane Road, Armagh after a suspicious device was thought to be in one.

The cars were later found not to contain a device but a sawn off shot gun was discovered during the search.

The two are being questioned on suspicion of being involved in paramilitary activity.
