The famed rugby tradition of Limerick city is being brought a stage further with the world premiere of a play based on the 12-0 win by Munster over the All Blacks 21 years ago. It is being staged by the Yew Tree Company from Sligo in collaboration with Limerick's professional theatre company, The Island Theatre. The play is written by John Breen, a native of Limerick, who is artistic director of Yew Tree and was one of the first interns on the Abbey Theatre Directors Scheme.
