THE king size mattress Liz Hurley shared with Hugh Grant in their luxurious country retreat is to be auctioned today. It has a reserve price of £100 but the five foot wide Sleepeezee Grand Luxe could attract a four figure sum, according to auctioneers.

Crown Prince Albrecht, the grandson of Bavaria's last king Ludwig, is to be buried on Saturday. Albrecht, who like his father Rupprecht never renounced his claim to one of Europe's oldest thrones, died on Monday, aged 91, in his castle south of Munich.
