NEXT Friday's scheduled meeting of the Forum for Peace, and Reconciliation will not god ahead, and no agreement has been reached on when it will reconvene. A Government spokesman said it was still talking to other parties "on the need for postponement".
Following the collapse of the IRA ceasefire and the subsequent decision not to have ministerial talks with Sinn Fein, the Government took the view that it would not be acceptable to attend the forum where ministers often meet senior members of the party.
