Italian police have arrested two of the three children of Parmalat founder Mr Calisto Tanzi who is also under arrest.
Mr Stefano Tanzi sat on the board of Parmalat Finanziaria, the holding company of the now insolvent food group, as well as on the board of holding company Coloniale. He was also president of Parma football club.
Ms Francesca Tanzi headed the Tanzi family's tourism business, Parmatour.
