The Apprentice Boys in south Belfast handed a letter of protest to the RUC when they were prevented from marching down the lower Ormeau Road on Saturday.

A row of police Land Rovers blocked them from crossing Ormeau bridge. An Apprentice Boys spokesman said they had accepted the police decision "under duress" because they wanted to keep the peace.
