Port Moresby - The Papua New Guinea Prime Minister, Mr Bill Skate, resigned yesterday with his government crumbling beneath him and a row raging over new diplomatic ties with Taiwan.
The PNG government spokesman, Mr Chris Hawkins, said the Taiwan deal, which angered China and upset PNG's close neighbour, Australia, would be addressed when parliament reconvenes on Tuesday.
