VIENNA - An Austrian body painter has invented a "liquid' condom" which comes in a bottle for users to paint on and let set in place. The liquid latex has to be applied with a paint brush for a skin tight fit in a process lasting about seven minutes, inventor Karl Machhamer said yesterday.
Some users complain it takes "too long for the latex film to, dry. The 47 year old inventor recommends using a blow dryer to speed the process up.
