DENVER - Jury selection begins in the Colorado state capital today in the trial of Mr Timothy James McVeigh.
Mr McVeigh (28) is standing trial on charges he bombed the Alfred Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City on April 19th, 1995. The huge truck bomb killed 168 people and injured more than 500.
The government alleges Mr McVeigh planned the Oklahoma City bombing with a former army buddy, Mr Terry Nichols. Both men have pleaded not guilty and will have separate trials. They could face the death penalty if found guilty.
