DENVER - The two suspects in the Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 167 people last April, made their first appearance in a Denver court yesterday as defence attorneys requested access to secret information gathered by government intelligence agencies.
The case was moved to Denver earlier this year because of fears a fair trial could not be held in Oklahoma.
