All of Dublin’s northbound train services were temporarily halted this afternoon following a security alert.
DART services, Northern suburban rail services and the Belfast Enterprise were all affected by the alert.
A spokesperson for Iarnród Éireann said this evening normal services had resumed but warned commuters are likely to experience delays.
