There was no appearance in the High Court yesterday for a man against whom Allied Irish Banks plc had sought an injunction to prevent him picketing its headquarters at AIB Bankcentre, Dublin, any of its branches or the homes of any of its employees.
When the case was called yesterday, there was no appearance for Mr Declan O'Malley, whose address was not given. Mr Justice O'Sullivan granted an interlocutory injunction - an order operating until the hearing of the action - against him.
