A deputy State pathologist to Dr John Harbison will take up duty in January, the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr O'Donoghue, announced yesterday. Dr Marie Cassidy, who now holds the post of consultant forensic pathologist at the department of forensic medicine and science in Glasgow University, will be based in Dublin.
