The Naval Service vessel LE Emer has recorded the 22nd fishery detention of the year with the apprehension of a ship off the south-west coast. The British-registered vessel, which is Spanish-owned, was detained about 52 miles west of Bantry Bay for alleged catches of undersized fish and was escorted to Castletownbere, Cob Cork.
