A man was remanded in custody by consent when he appeared on a murder charge at the District Court in Tralee, Co Kerry, yesterday.
Mr John O'Mahony (35), Boherbee, Tralee, is charged with the murder of Ms Margaret O'Sullivan (40), at McCowens Lane, Tralee, on August 19th last. The accused, who was represented by Mr Patrick Mann solicitor was remand to the same court on January 29th.
