A 20-year-old Kilkenny man charged with murder has again appeared at Kilkenny District Court.
Mr James O'Keeffe, of Stonyford, is accused of murdering builder's labourer Simon Hoyne (31), of Tullaroan, at John's Green, Kilkenny, in the early hours of June 3rd.
Insp Paschal Connolly told the court that the book of evidence should be ready by July 18th. Mr O'Keeffe was remanded in custody by Judge William Harnett until that date.
