The only surviving Mumbai massacre gunman today pleaded not guilty to all charges including waging war against India and murder.
Presiding Judge ML Tahiliyani read out all the charges against Mohammed Ajmal Kasab in court in the city.
Mr Kasab, a Pakistani, is charged with being one of 10 attackers responsible for killing 166 people and wounding 234 more during the three-day siege of India’s financial capital last year. Nine other gunmen were killed during the attacks.
He will face the death penalty if convicted.
