Give full details about any employment proposed to be taken up by a child in detention, including what arrangement will be in place to deal with any absconding while in employment;
Not to impede any communication which a child wishes to make to the High Court;
Where children abscond, health boards must undertake to appoint a liaison officer to work with the Garda authorities.
