A judge yesterday awarded a young mother of twins £13,000 damages for injuries received in a fall. Acting Circuit Court President, Judge Diarmuid Sheridan, held there had been moisture on the floor of the Kylemore Bakery, Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, when Ms Jacqueline Brady, Oatfield Avenue, Clondalkin, slipped and injured her back. He told her counsel, Mr Paul Murray, that while he had no doubt the Kylemore shop was ordinarily an excellently run establishment, the floor on this occasion was wet.
