Mr Slobodan Milosevic's war crimes trial is set to resume on Thursday.
It was adjourned a week ago because the former Yugoslav leader was suffering flu, the Hague war crimes tribunal said today.
Mr Milosevic, who has been in detention in The Hague since last June, is facing charges including genocide and crimes against humanity in Kosovo, Bosnia and Croatia.
His trial started on February 12th and is expected to last at least two years.
