Two men were attacked when three masked and armed raiders broke into a house in Newtownards, county Down last night.
The pair, one man in his 40s and a second man in his 20s, are recovering in hospital following the assault in the Ash Grove region. A number of shots were fired in the course of the raid, which occurred around 9pm.
All three raiders armed with baseball bats.
