John Wardle was today named as the new chairman of Manchester City football club.
He succeeds David Bernstein as part of a boardroom reshuffle. Bernstein resigned on March 5th. Wardle is the club's major shareholder.
Bryan Bodek becomes deputy chairman and Alistair Mackintosh is promoted to managing director.
