An 18 year old man is due to appear in Dublin District Court (44) tomorrow morning, where he will be charged in connection with the death of Mr David Sutherland, whose body was discovered in Sallynoggin early yesterday.

Mr David Sutherland (54) was found dead in a laneway early yesterday morning at Pearse Gardens in Sallynoggin.
He was a homeless a widower with no children who had been living in various hostels around the city. He was originally from O'Rourke Park in Sallynoggin, near where his body was found, but had lived for a number of years at Sheelin Park, Ballybrack.
