A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital last night after being shot in both legs in an apparent "punishment attack" in west Belfast.The man was abducted by four men on the Whiterock Road shortly before 9.30 p.m. He had a hood placed over his head and was taken to the Down Fine Walk area of Turf Lodge where he was made to lie on the ground before being shot.RUC sources said republican elements were likely to have been responsible.
