Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating the death of a man at the the Procter and Gamble pharmaceutical factory in Nenagh, CoTipperary yesterday.
It is understood that the 57-year-old became entangled in machinery he was working on in the plant at around 10am, sustaining serious injuries.
He was taken to Nenagh Hospital but died a short-time later. The man has not yet been formally named.
