A 52-year-old man has appeared at Clonmel District Court on 30 charges of buggery and indecent assault against four males. The offences were alleged to have occurred at locations in Cos Tipperary and Waterford between January 1st, 1977, and December 31st, 1979.
The accused man, who is married with an address in Co Waterford, is also charged with unlawfully assaulting one of the injured parties. He was returned for trial to the next sitting of the Circuit Court in Clonmel beginning on March 10th.
