A man in his 30s died and his colleague was injured in an industrial accident in Waterford yesterday.
The accident happened at 10.10 a.m. at Kilbarry Road in Waterford city when two men were laying sewage pipes in an open trench. A bucket from a digger overhead fell on them, killing one man and injuring the other.
