A 26-year-old man was charged yesterday following the death of a Dublin businessman in a traffic accident.
Mr Bradean Samolia, of Gardiner Place, Dublin, appeared in the District Court accused of dangerous driving causing the death of Mr Noel Farrell (36) at Prussia Street, on February 2nd.
He is further charged with failing to stop at the scene of accident, failing to report an accident and making a false report to gardai by claiming his Peugeot car had been stolen.
Judge Desmond Hogan remanded the accused in custody with consent to independent bail of £1,000, to appear again on July 23rd.
