A Dublin man has been remanded in custody for sentence after pleading guilty to having heroin for sale near Croke Park two years ago.

Garda Gerard McGrath told the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court he saw John Cumberton (25), Rory O'Connor House, Hardwicke Street, throw a golf ball size package away on April 17th, 1995, when a squad car arrived on the scene at Jones's Road. Garda McGrath told Ms "Mary Ellen Ring, prosecuting the package contained heroin valued at £1,200. Cumberton tailed to throw the heroin over a wall.
