A motorist who drove with a two-year-old child on his knee was fined £100 at Cookstown Magistrates Court yesterday. Wesley Campbell (22), Cleen Cottages, Fivemiletown, Co Tyrone, who also picked up three penalty points, admitted driving carelessly and not ensuring the child was wearing a seat belt.
