A 19-year-old man will appear in court today charged with murdering Jimmy Mizen, a teenager who died in an unprovoked attack at a London baker's shop.
Jake Fahri is accused of killing Mizen after he slashed his throat in The Three Cooks in Lee, southeast London, on Saturday, a day after his 16th birthday.
Mr Fahri, from Lee, is due before Sutton Magistrates Court later on Thursday, Scotland Yard said in a statement.
Mr Mizen bled to death in the arms of his older brother after his throat had been slashed by glass.
Police said Mr Fahri had smashed his way into the bakery with an advertising board after Mizen refused his challenge for a fight.
Mr Mizen, who had gone out to buy his first lottery ticket at the time of the attack, was the 13th teenager to be killed in London this year.
