Man fails to show up in sex case

A retired Co Tyrone labourer failed to turn up at Cookstown Magistrate's Court yesterday on a sex charge involving a schoolgirl. Mr Gerard Mc Loughlin (59), of Drumcoo Green, Dungannon, is accused of indecently assaulting the girl between March and July last year. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
