A man in his thirties has died in a fire at a flat in Dundalk, Co Lough early this morning.
The fire at the property in on St Mary's Road was reported at 5am and fire service personnel found the body of the man in a bathroom.
A garda spokeswoman said technical examination of the scene was being carried out.
