A man appeared in court today charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a man almost three years ago.
Aidan Finnegan (28), with an address in Farranferris Green, Farranree, Cork, appeared at Blanchardstown District Court charged with the manslaughter of Dara McCormack on February 11th 2006.
Mr McCormack (21) was shot at Whitestown Park, Blanchardstown. He later died at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown.
Mr Finnegan was remanded in custody until February 6th when he will appear in Cloverhill court.
