London - The House of Lords will resume a hearing on the fate of the former Chilean dictator, Gen Augusto Pinochet, today, the panel of five senior British judges chairing the case said yesterday.
Yesterday's session, the fourth day of the hearing, was mainly taken up with testimony from the former dictator's lawyers, who reaffirmed their claim that Gen Pinochet enjoys immunity from prosecution as a former head of state.
