London - Lord Falconer, the British Minister responsible for the Millennium Dome, said yesterday he was not resigning despite Ms Clare Short labelling the attraction a disaster and a flop. Lord Falconer told BBC Radio 5 Live that while his job had become "very challenging" he had to stay to oversee the final months of the attraction.
