The Government has launched the latest series in its anti-litter awareness campaign - warning people that littering can damage their image.
The new series of outdoor anti-litter posters in the Environment/it's easy to make a difference campaign, reminds people who litter that they are seen as ignorant, thoughtless or a slob.
With the slogan People see you differently when you litter, the posters will be displayed on 400 billboards around the State from July 2000.
To support the poster campaign, a cinema anti-litter advertisement focuses on the images of those who litter which is aimed at 15 to 34 year olds.
