Berlin - The German Family Minister has called for prostitutes to be given legal rights which would allow them to take customers who do not pay to court, Hannah Cleaver reports. Ms Christine Bergmann of the Social Democrats also said prostitutes should be able to contribute to state health insurance schemes.
