Legal argument continues to delay the trial of Mrs Catherine Nevin, who has been accused of the murder of her husband, Mr Tom Nevin, at their home in Jack White's Inn, Ballinapark, near Brittas Bay, Co Wicklow, on March 19th, 1996. Mrs Nevin has also been accused of soliciting three men to carry out the killing.
