Mr Paul O'Donohoe (44), Aberdeen Street, Dublin, has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the murder of his estranged wife, Miriam, at her home in Ashfield Gardens, Mulhuddart, Co Dublin, on January 25th, 1997.
