Moscow - North Korean leader, Mr Kim Jong-il, has started an official visit to Russia to hold talks with the President, Mr Vladimir Putin. Russia's Itar-Tass news agency said he was expected in Moscow by August 4th after crossing Russia's 11 time zones on the Trans-Siberian railway.
